You should be very, very, very careful with the payment, especially if you organize conference. Also breakfast was very poor.

The hotel was rated 4 stars and they didn't offer good breakfast and they only serve it once and it's cold!!!!! Or finished only empty plates for the people who were late for an hour. When asked for a refill of the breakfast they said NO! The mugs are very dirty and very smelly they smelled like egg. They don't clean the utinsels they are very sticky and reek of old food! The rooms are extremely dirty and from an interior designer's point of view they suck on every level and aspect they should rate it and give it 1 star only!!!! They don't accept hot platters inside the smelly rooms, they don't allow us to use water boilers! They give children sharp utinsels!!!! They don't accept the credit card in 2017!!!!! Bad liqueur broken bottles. The rooms are very noisy. 100% would not recommend

They put us in the second floor with no elevator, there was but a single employee in the hotel during most of our stay, no concierge, no room cleaning, no reception most of the time and poor breakfast selection.

Loud music from the restaurant can be heard in the room. I can sleep anywhere but this keeps me awake and I am in bed since 10 and now it's 1am.

Odlicno za sastanke, ali ne bih preporucio za odmor. Osrednja hrana i smjestaj, osoblje treba dodatne edukacije, malu dozu pristojnosti i ocjena bi sa 3 presla na 4.

Sav dojam o izgledu, ugodnosti, hrani itd. pokvari vam nekulturno osoblje (i to blago rećeno). Takođe, nećete se uspjeti ni naspavati jer uvijek ima neko da galami od gostiju hotela ili vani. Jednostavno bolje izbjeći, nego živce gubiti.
If you looking for some service standard of professionalism, you won't find it here. Also, don't expect to have good night sleep (I don't know how but there's someone every night too loud from the hotel guests or some guys drinking by the hotel). In conclusion, definitely I would recommend you to avoid it.response / report this review -
