  Fizzy water warm. Waiter miserable. Suggest Belvedere for food, great pizzas and cheerful staff-and Opal grupa! Try mixing your staff up?

  Nice, it is not Exclusive as name says, rooms could be better maintain, food is good bur expensive. Location - excelent.

  I've stayed in this hotel for two nights, as an Arab family from the gulf they were extremly rude to us for no good reason, they were not available whenever we'd ask for anything. The interior design of the whole hotel was very poor(from a professional interior designer's point of view) they had the whole room latex with old smelly carpet and I took a shower and dried outside of the bathroom and headed out, they came and charged us 100KM for the small water stains from my feet!!! Even the vents were leaking on my clothes it damaged everything! they weren't respectable of our Islamic culture. I as a traveler had never experienced anything quite like this terrible hotel! The weird thing is the reviews were very postive and I was extremely shocked from everything. 100% would not recommend.

  minimum waiting time to order drinks is about 17 minutes, we did not want to wait for food! rated restaurant only.

  Great Location + Clean hotel .. But the AC was not Working and the Manager was not polite with us when we asked for changing room .. Im looking for another place to stay
