  Very nice rooms and swimming pool, lousy personnel.
  
  Rooms are clean and cozy, bed is very comfortable. Bathroom has plenty of towels, also very clean. A lot of room in the closet to place your clothes, cable TV, ok wi-fi (although tricky to setup, not well explained).
  
  There is a very nice pool in the hotel. You can go there and relax, swimm a little bit, visit sauna.
  
  So, what was wrong? When ordering room, I specifically asked for double bed. That was my only request. Coming in the room, there is no double bed, but two single beds placed next to each other.
  
  I went back to reception, said I wanted double bed and eventually gotten it after being persistant as I was ready to go away. The lady there first told me that single beds next to each other are the only type they have. She wasn't rude but I didn't feel pleasant. When I come to hotel, I don't want to justify my wants and needs.
  
  During the stay, we were inquiring about sauna, calling reception. We were told 'I think sauna works, to my knowledge'. So they do not know if the sauna is working, and that's where everything stops. Shouldn't they make me happy as a guest and take care of it, check the information and let me know.
  
  When checking-out, we were told to stay in the lobby while the room is checked to make sure everything is ok. They literally told us 'you can go now'.
  
  Once again, they weren't rude, but they weren't helpful and with smiles on their faces. Constantly I had the feel I had to justify my staying there and every action I wanted to take. But, 'now you can leave after we checked the room', is strong enough to make decision 'never again' and to write this review.
  
  Btw, restaurant could also be much better. If you have other options to eat around (and you actually do), don't have breakfast nor dinner in Lavina.
  
  Conclusion: comfortable rooms, but if you have other options, go somewhere else.

  Nice, litle mountain hotel next to ski slopes. Has reasonable size rooms, offers spa treatment, has a restaurant with good food and live music during ski season. If visiting Jahorina, I recomend to come here for a meal rather then to any other place there. Try home made wild blueberries juice and signature steak in blueberry sauce.

  Overall it was a good experience. It's positioned very well. Quite clean. Cosy. The pool is nice. Good value for money. The food was good and tasty.
  But, there are some buts... There are too many stairs for a stroller. The lobby is quite modest. Pillows are small and the mattress is too hard.

  Rooms are great. People are friendly. Food is excellent. The only thing that bothered me was a temperature of water in a swimming pool. Kinda chilly, especially because this is a mountain. It should be a bit warmer, so one feels pleasure instead of chills when entering the pool.

  Great place to relax, eat, and enjoy Jahorina in its best! Highly recommend! If you are lucky and get all you can eat table wear stretchy pants ;) and even normal meni is not normal at all :D i assure you that you wont leave this place hungry...and staff is amazing also, always at your service, friendly with a smile on their face... clean cozy rooms, big beds only pillows could be better for me at least...pretty much excellent!!!

  Modern and upscale. Spa area is nice, although with a rather small pool. Live music in the reataurant on Fridays and Saturdays. Staff is very polite and friendly.

  Great location. Great food.
  Rooms are ok. Pillows are terrible! Live music is not a good thing if you are placed on the 1st floor so you can not sleep tight on friday and saturday. Pool is nice but really small, jacuzzi was dirty!
