Highly not recommended, same like ghost house, ant is everywhere, Hammam facility is included in reservation but you can't take the benefits of it without purchase a soap and fiber tub from them and it's very expensive and no one will gave you the care without pay, room is very small with bad smell the , no facilities in the room (iron & kettle) if you want tea or coffee you will go to lobby and serve yourself, almost of time no buddy in the reception you need go to management room if you want support

It was a bad day's,that's the first time i believed in negative energy on some places really,from the first second you gonna feel that,we couldn't sleep at all, if we slept we will wake up because of many things,no sound proof between the rooms, you can heared any step of movement, the room view it will show you of to much Graves,the stuff there always away from the reception, some times i went out and i came again no one in the reception, The name of hotel included "Hammam", i couldn't found anything of it, it's a Hammam without the facilities, you should pay for everything,and it's so expensive, even the soap it's not available , our reservation it was for 3 days, we couldn't complete it. Inside the room :no kettle, you should go out and take a hot water or tea, no iron/or iron table inside the room, you should pay for this service,some times no water in the bathroom,and there is ant on it, Sorry i can't recommend it to anyone, especially who suffered from allergies, you will wake up with allergy attack,it was a bad night's in Sarajevo because of it.

Hotel was easy to find and centrally located. We were able to walk to the old Sareyavo city and shop and have coffee. Restaurants and bars are very close and stay open late.(great if you arrive late in the evening). Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable.
