It's great place for meeting, for sleeping, for wedding nights, but why four stars? It's because of food, I really didn't like so much food and air conditioning was so frustrating, that I have headaches! Of course, food is great, but it's not my taste!

Excellent new hotel in Sarajevo area. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, professional service. Location is not the best if you don't have a car. Still not very far away from to tram station to take you to center of Sarajevo. Big room with double bed, nice and clean bathroom, air conditioning. Very nice buffet breakfast and lunch, plenty of different options.

Despite of being such a beautiful hotel, their staff is so rude. They behaved like we have to know every rule or etc. Their staff constantly yelled us although we did not any mistake. Their decoration was perfect, but they need to improve their staffs' behaviour.

Big, modern place but did not feel it had soul. I felt as walking on a concourse! From the Sky Bar you can see the city in the distance, but do not look at the neighbourhood. Pretentious is the word that comes to my mind.

Room service is horrible! extremely bad! people who take your order does not understand english THIS IS A HOTEL STAFF MUST UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ITS WORLD COMMON LANGUAGE! they only know the food name in the menu and quantities! if you ask them something else he will keep telling you huh huh huh huh and pass the phone to another guy! Another problem is they always have weddings and parties in the hotel and the room service telephone is located somewhere near the party and its always loud and the guy who answer can't hear you! So its double the trouble! and it doesn't end here! It could take more then 1 hour to get your food! and we've waited for that long and got cold food & cold fries its like eating plastic!

Hotel close to airport , large size rooms with nice views. Thermal spa is a real attraction but maintaince needs a lot of attention.
