Very friendly and helpful staff. Great and delicious breakfast with fresh fruit juice. Large rooms, all is clean and friendly. Especially in Bosnia: the whole hotel is non smoking!

The hotel organised airport transfer for us at 15 euros. It is convenient as someone will meet you at the airport. When we took taxi from the hotel to the airport on return it costs 8euro.

Room:
The safe looks a bit confusing to operate so we didn't use it especially the emergency or alternative key was not provided along side.

The room in general is very clean and comfortable. The size is enough for two people and luggages.

Location:

Great location.
Turing right it is 10mins walk to the old town.
Turning left there's a convenient store and a street filled with fast food kebabs, noodles box etc.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast serves wide variety of food and the fruits are fresh and sweet!

Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Sarajevo.

This one of our favorite hotels in the world. It's a short walk from the old city and the staff is incredible. I'd come back to Sarajevo to stay here again.

Excellent location and welcome from reception staff! Very clean and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast buffets. More than value for money. I will strongly recommend the hotel to friends who visit the city.

For walk in, It charges more than the web price. The breakfast clearly are leftovers from previous night or nights. The purple color room's bathroom constantly emitting foul smell. The staffs will only turn on the AC and water heater by request. By the time I realized the hot water isn't coming, I was soaked up for 10 mins in a freezing winter morning and had to give up the wish to take a shower before I depart.
