Ok but very small rooms. On the main road-street entering Banja Luka, so good for those just passing and need to rest overnight. Prices are very good including drinks. Fair for travellers and merchants.

Nice new small hotel, nice staff, breakfast was lovely, easy access from main road and easy access to city. no air conditioning in our room surprising for a new hotel.
