We stayed for one nite at this family owned hotel and it was fabulous. Extremely clean and very friendly staff. The place smells amazing!!!! The story of the hotel and its the family that own it is a great addition and creates a closeness with its owners. It’s a really interesting concept and works for the hotel. It adds a personal touch which I found appealing. Additionally, this hotel supports the local economy, not some large multinational. Breakfast was included with our rate and it was quite varied. They had eggs, pancakes, cereals, tea, coffee, Bosnian coffee, cold cuts, cheeses, cakes and pastries Incase you fancied.
The location is perfect for the town center. It is uphill from the town center, but cabs can be picked up throughout the city. Would highly recommend this establishment. If you get lost just ask for “Muzej Alija Izetbegovic.” The hotel Azusa is right across the street. There is parking across the street. There are approx. 5 spaces for the hotel and the rest are for the museum.
The only small issue was the bed. The mattress was a bit stiff. I still had a good nite sleep, as did my partner. For those expecting feather pillows and down comforters made of Egyptian silk filled with Goose feathers, go find the Ritz. What you get for the price you pay is unmatched, and the experience was really nice.response / report this review -

Good new hotel. Helpful staff. Room is very clean and new. TV and wifi is perfect. Problem For us with small kid. Walk to city center 10mimts. Go up to hills. Unfortunately our room has no view. However great breakfast.

Staff were extremely kind. They were always there to help us, they suggested best places in the city and they really made our stay the best possible. Hotel is on great place, just 10 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast is very diverse and tasty. If would really suggest this hotel to everyone.

Amazing hotel with friendly and kind staff. Our guests were really satisfied with rooms and cleanness. Also, breakfast they had was the best breakfast in all hotels they've ever been.

like first hotel is in the perfect location 5 min walking to the old city,you can eat the best breakfast in the hotel,and about the stuf they are amazing very friendly ,it was good to be guest of Aziza😀

Ho scelto hotel Aziza per la sua posizione nel centro storico della città, è per il fatto di essere una struttura nuova. Prima di prenotare il soggiorno ho visitato il loro sito, mi è piaciuta moltissimo la storia del hotel chè riguarda la storia di una famiglia è di un grande amore. Ho trovato anche su facebook la loro pagina, che mi ha incuriosito tanto che ho prenotato. Sono stata benissimo, ho fatto un ottima scelta. La struttura nuova, arredi nuovi, personale molto gentile e professionale, posizione del hotel è nel centro storico della città. La collazione abbondante, curata nei minimi particolari. Consiglierei hotel Aziza sia per un viaggio di lavoro, sia per una vacanza con la famiglia. Appena potrò ci tornerò volentieri per sentirmi di nuovo come a casa. Vi faccio i miei complimenti!!!
