Would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling hostel. Not worth the money you'll save. My property was stolen and the surveillance footage wiped from the time it happened and hostel staff accused me of being rude for asking for a statement for insurance purposes. Aside from my individual experience, rooms are maybe 3m wide and ZERO privacy, no curtains on bunk beds, my personal locker had a broken door so it was useless, another guest's locker didn't open at all. Spend the extra money on another hostel, PLEASE save yourself from the same experience I had.

Very nice place to stay in Sarajevo. Staff is cool and friendly, helped me out much. breakfast is good. bath and toilets well-equipped and clean. the only discomfort is that rooms are really narrow, but also well-equipped.

Pohvaljujem hostel "City Rest" u Sarajevu: ljubazno osoblje, besprijekorna čistoća i urednost, od doručka se možeš najesti, čaj i kava su uvijek na raspolaganju, gostima je dostupan hladnjak. Najviše što se može tražiti od hostela!. Preporučila bih ga za smještaj svima koji dolaze obilaziti Sarajevo i traže uredan i topao smještaj.

Great location, clean, friendly, affordable The best hostel in Sarajevo I have ever been. The best things are interior and polite staff. Also, in this hostel you get anything you need . towels, coffee, shampoo, slippersyou don't need to worry if you forget something! :D
