Best hotel in Neum. Great breakfast and dinner. There are a lot of rooms. Each rooms are big and great. There are 2 swimming pool, a gym and other interesting room

It really was good
The owner of the place yelled at us because I came with a huge group of people, and there were a lot of kids so the kids were jumping and running and that wasn't allowed but other then the owner yelling, everything was ok.response / report this review -

Very spaceus place generaly,from entering hall to rooms , quiet location , decent food in the restaurant and big and clean rooms.

Sterile design language of the place and highly overpriced. I don't know if they thought waiter is out of verb 'to wait'. Clearly they weight guests by some feudal system.

A great hotel with an amazing view located at a key spot in the city of Neum! It has comfortable, well decorated and moreover clean rooms. With a large pool and access to the beach through a war refuge it's hard to wish for something more.

The employees were very kind and nice . The Hotel rooms were clean/ stylish , ,cleaned every morning. The location was perfect and it had a nice view of the lovely and beautiful nature, that you easily can see from your balcony.
Breakfast and dinner had a lot of fresh and delisious food/ dishes to choose from. It was easy to get to the beach just by taking the elevator from the reception. Its easy to get to the closest town just by walking along the beach and then you'll be there in less then 10 minutes. The hotel is great and modern with a nice style and its something that I really rekommend.response / report this review -

The staff it Is not polite. The hotel it Is in the middle of nowhere, there Is nothing to do here. If you want to visit the closest city, the only possibility Is by Taxi, cost 90 euro. The beach Is very small and crowded. The hotel ask 9euro/person/day for the chair. To go to the Beach you need to take the elevator that Is making strong and not working correctly sounds, I was afraid first time. Secound time I took the stairs, there are 4 levels from the down to Beach to reception, but there Is not light on all levels, I had to put the light of the phone and also I could see that Is very dirty! Still waiting for the room promised at 12:00, after at 14:00 and now at 14:30..very bad experience! :( I do not recomand!
