One of a kind shop. It's like a shop out of a Hollywood movie, jazz music plays with walls of tea aligned, and a shop-owner who can talk about everything from tea-tasting, to business, to history. One of the most memorable places in all of my travels in Europe.

Really nice tea shop , the boss is super kind and professional at tea , you can find some unique teas only at Franz&Sophie! I’m sure if I visit Sarajevo next time, I’ll be back again.

A tea lover's heaven and haven! A place like no other especially with the choice of different tea blends. The staff is expertly professional and friendly. Of course speaking English and other languages too!

This is a place to enjoy a cup of tea. The tea served is very high quality. Service is quite good and like the complimentary biscuits with the tea. Lady here is helpful in selecting a tea. They also sell tea to take home.

The best tea shop in Sarajevo with wide range of teas from all over the world. Try some exotic flavours, traditional or original mixtures. You can enjoy your tea in the shop or get some leaves and brew it at home! Ask the owner for advice!

This place is so welcoming and informative. The owner patiently explained every tea I asked about and dealt with me smelling practically all of them before annoyingly buying 7 kinds in small amounts like an ass. Incredible experience. He poured several kinds on ice to enjoy in the shop while relaxing on this hot Sunday! His adopted street dog, Julie really completes the explosion of quaint adorableness that will make you swoon.

This place is the nicest, most welcoming place I've been to in 3 months travel in Europe! The owner and his daughter were patient as I smelled nearly every tea before deciding. Then the tea was steeped in water at the perfect temperature for the perfect time and we watched it brew over a candle; next it was poured into a pre-heated tea pot and we enjoyed complimentary cookies! The atmosphere here is great for unwinding after a long day of travel and a good place for reflection after one visits (as I did) the Screbrenica gallery (also highly recommend!). In 24 hours in Sarajevo, I came here twice and I bought tea when I left so I could bring some of this tea shop with me!

To be honest I have never been a big fan of tea, except black Turkish tea like most of my compatriots. But this place has been my to go place in Sarajevo since I arrived, and I would like to take this chance to recommend it to everyone who reads this post. The owner talks to you about seemingly random things and offers you several options based on his opinion of your personality. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. There are so many flavors and types of tea. Definitely recommend it.

I love this place! Besides an amazing tea selection the owner has created a small haven for tea lovers. Always super helpful, making you feel like a long time friend, visiting his place for a cuppa or a buy is always a highlight of my day
