My mom and I were backpacking through Europe and when we arrived in Mostar, we were completely lost. My phone didn't have service so we didn't have WiFi or GPS. There was a guy working in a parking lot where we just happened to park, and we ask him for help with directions. He was so kind and he walked with us for a long time, while also in the rain, trying to help us find the place we were supposed to stay. He asked several people if they knew where the address was and they didn't. The address that we were given was incorrect, and so he took us to the Elite Guest House. The owner there was very helpful and kind. He allowed us to use his WiFi, so we could contact the place we were trying to find. He even got on the phone and spoke in Bosnian to help me explain our location. He arranged for a driver to come pick us up and take us to the address that we had been looking for. My mom and I will be forever grateful and thankful to him and the guy working at the parking lot. Next time, we will definitely stay in the Elite Guest House!

Nice and cozy apartment.
Owner is very helpful and friendly. She gave us guidance about Mostar.
Services was very good. We can just walk around and reach the famous stone bridge there.

Super nice people who welcomed us warmly and explained everything we should know about Mostar. Apratment is comfortable and spacious. Fully equiped and in a perfect location. Fresh fruits were a big suprise for us.

superb superb.dobro dobro.everything are excellent.the location,the room and the hospitality.the owner,mr mesa is very informative about mostar.he is also very kind till the extent he escorted us to the bus station since we're all girls and it was kinda late in night.hvala. i really do fall in love with mostar.hopefully can visit here again next time,in sha Allah.

The owners were amazing. Very informative about Mostar's history and things to do around the city. The property was very clean and modern. Safe and centrally located.
