We rented a car for one day to do be able to of Bosnia on our own pace. The owner was really nice and helpful! The car was perfect and drove very well.

Great place to rent a car. They were very nice and helpful. We wanted to pick the car up on what turned out to be a national holiday. They offered to give us the car a day early at the same price because they would be closed the day we needed the car. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Denis as such a nice guy and the car was so easy! We got a really good diesel mercedes for the day for 35€, drove to blagaj and kravice, 100% recommend! Such good service

Amazing service - we booked a car online the night before and got a very quick response. Email was detailed. Staff was super friendly and attentive at the counter. They just moved in 2 weeks ago, so it was a tad hard to locate the shop as the sign was not up yet. Fuss free, and super helpful, service with a smile. Recommended

we have ordered a car at city rent , it was easy to make a contact when
ever i needed , i also have replaced the car order before we got the car to a bigger one without any problem , car was in place at sarajevo airport as expeced , and also when we have returned the car at the airport a lady came to take the car from the parking place , overall things were running

Denis was very helpful, and you can't beat the price! Denis happened to be driving to Montenegro the same day as us, and he saw us on the road and told us a great overlook to pull off at. Other companies will charge crazy fees for crossing borders but CityRent doesn't!

Dennis is AWESOME!!!! I've been all around Europe and I personally haven't seen a better service than City Rent , they provide cars that are clean and smell nice, the tyres are new, and Dennis is always aveilable and ready to help,for the service they provide they are too affordable , and if they keep up the great work(and I'm pretty sure they will) I will be always comming back to City Rent.
