This is quite a cozy and nice place mid loudness good for cheerful discussions and the kitchen is great. Lasagna in clay pottery and pizza comes from the traditional oven whih makes it tasty. Soups are higly recommended. Its a very busy place, hence the confused staff 24/7 but we forgive them that. Coffee should be better.

Zero stars if possible. Food was good but they have trash stuffs who verbal abused me, attacted me and spitted saliva on my face. Cops are investigating this matter. DO NOT COME here if you don't want to put your life in danger.

We were in Sarajevo for four days and ate there twice. The place is really cozy and the traditional food is tasty. Plus they have a wide selection of rakia, which is always a plus !

We were in Sarajevo for 3 days and ate here everyday! Yes, we wanted to diversify but the food was so good and very affordable. The local red wine was also tasty! I’d highly recommend Barhana.

Waited 15 minutes for a waiter to come give us a menu. Eventually my husband had to go find the waiter and ask for a menu, which was followed by attitude from the waiter. It was loud, crowded and uncomfortable seats. More of a place for drinking instead of a romantic dinner for two. My husband and I left without ordering anything since the service and atmosphere was terrible.

Very, very good choice of pastas, pizzas and grapas. They also serve good steaks. Gets extremely busy in the evenings. The crowd is usually young. The staff speaks good English.

Really nice and authentic (ciggarete smoke included) atmospere and a really good selection of rakija - a local distilled hard liquor. They offer delicious beef lasagna, nice steak and a variety of chicken dishes. Reservations recommended!

We love this place in Bascarsija, Sarajevo. Food is always great (especially chicken and beef lasagne) and staff is very accommodating. Outdoor area is beautiful when the weather is sunny. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu 😍

Dinner was really nice. Communication in english was not a problem. They have a great amount of original choices for grappas. The environment is local and cozzy.
