Even one star is too much for this "airport". Flight Banja Luka - Zurich means flight from Banja Luka to Sarajevo, Sarajevo to Belgrade, and then Belgrade to Zurich.
When you're buying ticket nowhere writes SARAJEVO!

Very nice and comfortable airport. If you travel to Republika Srpska, definetly use this one. Greethings from Banja Luka, capital.
