schlechtestes miet auto in meinen leben! erstes Auto hat öl verloren mussten wir tauschen, zweites auto hatte keine gute Batterie, Anschnallgurte waren nur mit Kabelbinder befestigt und Reifen waren total kaputt und abgefahren. Green card hatten wir extra gekauft. als wir in Montenegro nicht mehr starten konnten wurde uns jede hilfe verweigert. am ende auch noch die Kaution (390euro) von der Kreditkarte einbehalten. Bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommen warum das Geld abgebucht wurde! Ich kann nur davor warnen nie mehr Artic!!!! Das ist Abzocke und Betrug!

Paid higher price for a Golf hatchback upfront using Auto Europe, given a Citreon Elysee saloon on arrival. Although not happy initially didn't make too much of a big deal, but car was completely useless especially in Sarajevo where there are lots of steep roads. The car just would not pull; anything above gear 2 was pretty much pointless as car would barely move and stall if you didn't make the engine scream. Called to have car changed they would not change it. Very unprofessional, avoid both AutoEurope.co.uk and Arctic.

Worst experience with rental company ever. Unfriendly ant totally unprofessional. Late with delivering car and very late on returning car, no answering phone calls. Almost missed flight back.
Plus they change me some money from deposit after returning car without any explanation.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung im Mai 2017. Unfreundlich und hektisch. Man sollte das Fahrzeug bei Empfang genauestens untersuchen und auch mikroskopische Schäden dokumentieren. Insbesondere kleinste Schäden, die man leicht übersieht oder nicht für wichtig erachtet sind wichtig! Ich spreche aus Erfahrung und werde nie mehr bei ARTIC mieten.
