  The best thing you can do in Ganja. Restaurant was designed by Saviet Union element's. The food and service was fabolouse.

  What a good idea with all these post soviet era military suveniers, when you can wear them and make photographs to share. Add good German beer and good food prices.
  Waiters dressed like soldiers don't speak English, however speaks Russian.
  To enter the place you need to call for the reservation. With provided password you will be allowed to enter. They speak somehow English.
