  المكان جيد بشكل عام و عادي الاستقبال موجود في القبو و غير منفصل عن منطقة الطعام . بعد المسافه عن المنطقه المركزيه وعدم وجود مصاعد في الأدوار الفندق يعرض خدماته للضيوف بضعف الأسعار المعقوله للسياحه .

  it has good rooms & services .
  I don't think it's comfortable for families, it's more suitable for individuals who loves to try everything.
  Its location uncomfortable a li'l bit.
  The view was ok.
  There's no elevator, Only one AC.
  It has 9.5 rating while it deserve at least 8 or 7.5

  The hotel is 3 stars in official rating.
  Rashad, Elvira and Mokhtar make it 5 stars keeping very very good service and cleanliness.
  I will never change shams hotel in Baku

  The location is very remote and almost hard to rind. Also parking is a bit complicated in the cramped alley the hotel is located in. On the other hand the rooms are clean, big and air-conditioned. Price is very fair and the staff was the nicest I've seen.
  
  Perfect if you're on your way to the airport, for instance.

  A nice stay at Shams hotel.
  All was well. A few things to improve is to add an ac unit in the bedroom too. Depending on when you arrive the bedroom can be quite warm.
  Stayed on the 4th floor with a lot of luggage, no elevator.
  Room was good.
  The promised baby crib we couldn't have, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa with the baby.
  Breakfast was so so. Free transfer to the airport was a big plus.
  The area of the hotel is pretty quiet, but expect to hear barking dogs at night and be woken up by hens in the morning..

  Очень дружелюбный сервис, трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. Не очень подробная уборка номера, мягко говоря, но, надеюсь, вопрос с качеством уборки решат.
  
  Далеко от центра. Очень. Общественным транспортом около часа (автобус до станции нефтяники, потом на метро), на такси около 25-30 минут.
  
  Очень базовый завтрак.

  Единственный, серьезный минус, это расстояние до центра. Реально час, транспортом (автобус+метро) из плюсов, большие апартаменты(стиральная машина, кухня и тд). Недалеко хороший магазин, компоты, чай, фрукты. Можно, достаточно просто, добраться до храма огня. На букинге несколько завышены отзывы, персонал очень просит поставить максимальный бал (они настолько гостеприимны, что невозможно отказать). Из плюсов больших, встретили и отвезли в аэропорт, бесплатно, оба раза ночью.
