Very good location. Rooms are very clean and pretty.
Every thing else was NOT good enough - the shower mobile handle was broken, no cold water EVER in the sink.
When other guests take their shower in the same timeyou will lose pressure and there will be no hot water at the same time.
The worst thing was the breakfast ! , although verity was fine the quality was really POOR and some of us suffered sutmmack problem after eating the food.

Poor English, had a problem with washroom water (it was only hot water and it was very hot) and its in middle of the city so its little bit noisy but rooms were amazing and clean

Evening is perfect. Location, staff, clean. Only negative point is the wifi. Very very very bad. Slow and discontent alot. Otherwise perfect hotel

Realy Beautiful Hotel. Rooms are big and clean. The Hotel is modern and comfy.
Breakfast is given in the 5.th Floor. You can eat and see whole baku. A lovely and beautiful view. The service is very good. Reception is helpful and attentive.

This hotel was a total disappointment and desaster. Where do I start? When calling the room service, they just hung up on me saying its closed. Our rooms didnt get cleaned until we asked many times. The staff barely spoke english. The staff was screaming outloud on the hallways talking to eachother. reservations for our group were simply forgotton and people had to share rooms. we had to call for toiletpaper multiple times and the toilet didnt work. they brought a half a toiletrool for us. the blankets were dirty. well i could go on. If at least the staff woud have been nice I woulndt have written this review but they acted like they simply didnt give a damn. the breakfast and loation was decent, view was poor.

Personál laskavý a vstřícný. Čisto. Vybavení pokojů funkční. Snídaně pestré. Z restaurace v 5. patře pěkný výhled na Baku a Flame Towers.

Great location, great staff especially Fouad in the reception. I stayed for 8 days without any remarkable problem. Th only thing for me to be improved it the breakfast if you are staying for long time.

I stay here a lot. almost every time I am in Baku. Extremely nice people, They have been right there every time I needed something. Great location spacious comfortable rooms. Not a 5 star hotel, if you want that then you need to go to the 4 seasons, but for the money - This a great value.
