Be careful! They may try to overcharge you. I spent 15 minutes to get the price I was given when booked the room. Otherwise great facility

From the very beginning the reception desk attended us with class. There was a mix up with our reservation but Timur at the front desk got everything resoveled with a great smile on his face. The place is magnificent great for the family photographer.

This is a really good 5 star hotel, with a perfect location, and excellent service. Personnel are quite helpful and smiling all the time, which is great. Breakfast is decent, spa facilities are appealing. Unfortunately some of the rooms are literally crumbling, and are in need of a good quality repair.

Overall service is okey, but could be and should be better. Location is great. Disappointed with so called "stake-house" where you pay a lot for piece of fried meat. Usually, you expect to get more from 5-stars hotel.

Nothing like 5 star hotel. The service quality like 2 star hotel. Breakfast is 1 star. There was no water in the room even in the minibar. No door for Bathroom , it was completely removed.
The hotel Restaurant in lower floor was very smelly. Do not recommend

Very poor service. There's no breakfast buffet , waiter told us they will bring anything we want but whatever we asked for they did not have it . They serve us only butter, cheese, bread and honey. when we asked for omelette we asked specifically to add more tomato and cheese but instead there was no tomato in omelette, only egg and cheese they said (that's what they had in menu )and they don't add anything extra. By the way the omelette was full of eggshell. And the Room service is also very bad.
Very very disappointing for such a International Hotel like RIXOS . The service in general is very LOW . So far lower than 5 and 4 star Hotel standards, don't know about 3 star Hotel .
I hope Rixos will do something about it if they care about the quality and good service which is they known for it.
