Excellent resort hotel, it is at a wonderful location, fully equipped, luxurious and comfortable and it is a city in a city as you don't need to go outside for anything, you will find everything inside it. The breakfast buffet is worth never missing.

rooms are 4star but setvice is mediocre at best. Room temperature is not regulated and extremly hot inside. shower are getting old

Hotel facilities is pretty good considering where it is located. Room is tidied every morning and food variety is great. However, key card malfunction at times and they seem to be in a hurry to clear food plates everytime.

View and place is good but your water supply and key cards are lousy as hell. Almost everyday I have to go to reception to have my key card fix. Water supply is pathetic for the morning showers. I lost water 3/4 my stay while I have soap and shampoo on me.
