I stay in this hotel for one night, the staff was very kind, nice, friendly, awesome and best service. I liked the room and super breakfast.

Small but nice room. The pasta is a bit disspointing.. just boiled pasta with meatball that not round and the other with ketchup 😂

Poor breakfast. High ceiling long time till heating is effective. Good location in Qabale. Cheaper to have dinner as "room service" then eat at hotel's restaurant. Stayed in room # 118 ,on the 6th of Dec. 2017.

Beautiful all the way through. Room service, standards, food , and staff. If it were in a close location to restaurants it would have nailed a shining five. Certainly recommended if in Qabala.

Good hotel, rooms and service given are excellent. Rich breakfast buffet, SPA area can be used without any extra charge. Only small remarks are about position (7-8 mins walk to the town centre on an empty road) and about information provided: staff was really professional but could not help with useful tips about what to do in that area.
