A nice place to shop and eat in. Greats atmosphere but quite crowded. The bathrooms aren’t clean and don’t have someone in duty. People in the food court don’t know English which makes it a bit hard to order if you don’t know there language.

Good and small for the walking shop. Located on the coast side of Caspian Sea. Amazing Caspian Sea view, good variety of food and pleasant sea-front walk. Almost all branded items available here.

Located in Baku Boulevard, Park Bulvar will be a very convenient option if you want to do several things in the same day: see appealing Caspian seashore, take a boat tour, go to the amusement park and of course visit a shopping mall. The biggest hotels in the city such as JW Marriott, Hilton and Park Inn are also located nearby. Park Bulvar opened its doors to visitors in 2010 and is very popular among Baku residents. Around 550 parking spaces are available in the basement. Six hall Park Cinema is functioning on the 4th floor of the building.

Its nice mall. You have many outlets of big brand for shopping. You can see also local brand. Play area for children, they can play there and elders can freeely shopping. Food court also there with many fast food outlets. Nice place to spend time.. for shopping.. and off course to eat.

I will give this one a five since it is the first real mall to be opened in Baku circa 2010. Innovative in design it serves many youngsters who come to spend time to the main boulevard of the city.

Nice mall at the great boulevard strip. Great selection of brands. Good food court with even better terrace to enjoy a perfect sea view. A cinema is located on the top floor.

Good place for walking shop. Located the River side of Sahil. Almost all branded items available here. Like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Gucci ,Penti, Armani, Zara ,Pull &Bear etc..

A shopping centre that has a great location on the boulevard and close to the start finish straight for the F1 track.
It has almost everything you want, usual type of shops a big food court on the 3rd floor and a big cinema on the top floor.
The one thing it lacks which I found bizarre is an ATM albeit almost every store takes cards for payment.

Good and small mall that have many brands, with 5 stories (levels) as I remember.

It has many restaurants and cafes also.

There is a cinema, and play yard for children.

Unfortunately, I visited these days, where the outer weather was better than inside the mall!

The mall is large and has four floors and parking at the bottom.
The shops are good, most of them are clothing and brands are expensive and some are exaggerated and there is a small place in front of the stairs on the third floor of those who wanted to pray.
The bathrooms were dirty not cleaned and the water inside was very cold.

Good for walkers and shoppers. Prices are mostly as an average prices for brand shops. Lifts are always busy, so recommended not to wait them even if they are opened now in front of you. Faster way to get up on last level or from last to the first one is escalators. Parking is tight, but available. Parking level has a lot of ATMs. Entrances are from both ways of the building and also from the front.
