Very very very poor room service, the worst room service i have experienced ever, they put very old and damaged towels to use in the bathroom, and they didn’t clean the floor or change the bed sheets or pillows cover at all.

Amazing and Wonderful Hotel 😍
I like my stay so much in Baku in this hotel , great staff , helpful and friendly specially hotel manager (Amina).
Excellent location, near from everything and from all important places .
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Very calm.
Very good breakfast.
They have everything.
They did for me a lot of cool surprises.
In shaa ALLAH , when I will come to Baku again , I will stay in this hotel .

До 3х звёзд далеко. К обслуживающему персоналу вопросов нет, знают как минимум 3 языка, культурные и вежливые. Не уютные номера на 5м этаже, хорошая слышимость у номеров на первом этаже от ресепшена. Завтрак - шведский стол, скудный, выбирать не приходится, что поесть. Хорошее местоположение. До всех основных достопримечательностей очень близко.

Номера на последнем этаже не очень. Им далеко до 3 звезд. На этажах с 2 по 4 номера лучше. Завтрак как таковой отсутсвует. Вечером можно самим посидеть в столовой со своей едой и питьем.

Sıcak samimi personelleri var. Odalar güzel ayrıca çok temiz. Ev rahatlığında sessiz sakin huzur dolu biryer. Meşhur targovi meydanına 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

Номера эконом лучше не брать вообще! Номер крохотный, грязный! на завтрак есть нечего кроме кексов и печенья а вот персонал приветливый и отзывчивый) единственный плюс это близкое расположение к центру города)

Friendly staff, a bit shabby rooms, especially the shower. One frels that they had a special price for foreigners. :-))
