  Good Shisha (Hookah, Narguile, Quaylan) bar but quite expensive (40$ Quaylan for 2). Nice food and drinks (no alcoholics drinks).

  1 Saat gelyan gozlе elede gelib cixmasin gelyanin. Axsam vaxtlari millet cox oldugu vaxtlarda meslehet gormezdim gelmeyi.
  
  I wouldn’t suggest to visits this place just for hookah. I had to wait for 1 hour for a hookah but still didn’t get it. Prices tho are relatively high compared to services provided.

  My favourite Shisha place! Great quality in Shisha - try the Oligarch! Surprisingly good meals, perfectly served and very caring service guys. On top of that Malacannes is coming up with a nice hostess to welcome you and live vocals in the evenings. Last but not least they offer an attractive loyalty programme. I can hardly imagine that this package can be easily topped. Malacannes (145 Group) is the No. 1 Shisha/Teahouse in Baku.

  как то ночью случайно зашел в "Malacannes" скажу так интерьер очень интересный,музыка была классической,персонал хорошо встретил с улыбкой на лице притом что было довольно поздно,к столу часто подходили и меняли пепельницу притом что я довольно редко курю.выпил я один раз чай "Лянкяранский" очень понравился,и выпил каппучино Бариста постарался на славу,Одним словом,если поздним вечером хотите отдохнуть от суеты города, то "Malacannes" то самое место)
