The best barber shop in Baku. The owner of the place is a Turkish guy named Ibo (Halil Ibrahim) and is a very humble, talented and friendly person. You are going to be offered tea or coffee while waiting for your cut. There are 3 barbers in total at the shop along with a barber assistant and a cleaning lady. Very warm and pleasant staff.
