  I was told this was one of the best Hamams in Baku and perhaps I had high expectations and was let down. After scrubbing I was made to wait for nearly and hour sitting and waiting for my turn for message. I found the waiting too long hence decided to cut it short and didnt wish to continue. They may have a capacity issue I don't know but I don't think it's a pleasant customer experience to make a client wait for an hour without any entertainment or anything sitting alone in a room. Management of this place need to look into this and improve. Based on my experience I would never come back to Hamam Palace and wouldnt recommend it to anyone

  Very relaxing place with good personnel and normal pricing. Good for once in a while relaxation
