Unique natural phenomena near gubustan but to reach that area need to off-road car or rent LADA in gubustan.

Only visible in a few parts of the world, these cold mud volcanoes are fascinating. Took awhile for me to capture the bubble mid-pop but I finally got. As you leave look back and take notice that you were standing on one mountain sized mud volcano.

Very interesting place. It is very hard to get there. So I would recommend a taxi for 20-30 Manat, including the Gobustan National park. I would recommend taking some good shoes

It is hard to find because there are no signs, but if you look at Google satellite view, you can see the dirt road of off the Western side of Alat. It is inaccessible when it is rainy, and it's quite a hike up a mountain if a car won't take you. However, you are rewarded with a very unique place!

Amazing natural phenomenon! Prepare water for washing and reserve some more time if you want to take a close look at the mud volcano.

Very cool mud volcanos - bring your swimming suit and lots of water to wash off the mud afterwards and get into the volcanos. Be careful to only get into the Ines which are shallow or you could be swollen by the mud

Very neat place with several dozen mud volcanoes from a few centimeters to several meters, burping gently. Fascinating! The mud is not hot and the eructed gas don't smell like methane or hydrogen sulfur.
