  I am typically not a big fan of pubs and bars in Baku. The norm is bad service and bad atmosphere. Garage Bar does break from the norm with an expected level of service and an interesting decor. Prices are reasonable and the pub food is amongst the best in the city. Bottom line good atmosphere, good service, good food makes it good value for money and an enjoyable experience. As a note "working ladies" are present most times but are not intrusive or generally noticeable. Another break from the norm of super obvious.
