  This place is a modern structure. It is suitable park for families, especially in winter there are many caffeterias.

  Winter park (Fizuli park) will be a better place years later as all the trees are young and summertime there's literally no place to hide from the sun. Ideal for dog walking and roller skating.

  Nice park for running. However it is too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Basically, you can't relax there in the morning. It is better to come only after sunset.

  Парк и находящаяся по парком самая большая подземная парковка в Баку построены на месте снесенных зданий старой постройки. Во время строительства парк называли Зимним садом, потом в одной из официальных речей было сказано, что неверно называть его так, а правильней Центральным парком. Название же парк Физули указанное в google maps в официальных источниках не встречал. Пользуюсь только как парковкой, из-за отсутствия нормальных деревьев не считаю полноценным парком.
