The Caspian Waterfront project comprises a 3.5 HA land located at the Western end of the boulevard, projecting out into the Caspian sea.
The mixed-use retail, leisure and entertainment project will be an iconic development, the architectural form of which is derived from the emblem of Azerbaijan inspired by the geometric shape of the Sydney Opera House.
The building will comprise 7 primary levels including 2 levels of basement parking to approximately -8m below site level. A central tower will rise to approximately 70 m. The current concept design has been developed focusing on a mixed use of retail, leisure and entertainment.
