دون ادنى شك، افضل شركة سياحة في باكو، فريق منظم
جدا و متعاون و خدومين الى ابعد حد
اضف الى ذلك، يساعدون قدر الامكان بالمفاوضات على اسعار المطاعم يعني جرب احجز لوحدك و ارجع خبرهم بيجيبولك نفس المطعم اللي كنت انت ناوي تحجز فيه (او الفندق حجزلك ياه) بسعر اقل بكثير مما تحصلت عليه
امناء جدا و ودودين انا تركت باكو و كسبت فيها صديق رائع ، بمشيئة الله برجع باكو من اجل هذا الشخص (نهاد )response / report this review -

Excellent service, prices are very good and they deal with customers in a very professional manner. Drop of and pick up the car at your hotel.

Car:
Rented a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado which was super basic. Wasn't promised anything in terms of extras in the car but it was a really basic model. (no cruise control, no easy overtaking indicator, no keyless entry, no sensors front/back)
Seemed like a really slow car in terms of power.
There is a 15 azn fee for cleaning the car if you don't do that yourself, that's about double the price of DIY which I guess is fine.
Our car was about 60 percent full so we had to manage that as well when trying to bring it back, would have preferred a full tank.
Experience:
Child seat was a bad excuse for a seat even though we were promised one in advance and had communicated our child's age. After a few frantic minutes the owner managed to borrow one from a friend it seemed. That seat was fine.
We had to pay to drive the owner back to the office (or waste another half an hour driving him back) after we got the proper child seat from a friend of his across town..
Returning / process
Returning the car was problem free.
We were able to put down the deposit in USD which was easier for us.response / report this review -

Haven't been to Baku for more than 15 years and got a business trip for 5 days. Needed to rent not too expensive car. Made some research on internet and found this company. The experience with them was surprisingly amazing. They can bring the car right to the airport (optional) which was very convenient. Good prices, the car was clean and well maintained. If you need to rent a car in Baku without problems I would recommend to use this company. Thank you guys!

I have ordered Mersedes Sprinter for 1 week from the 1st of August from Moscow. They asked for reservation some prepayment and sent passport copy. I did prepayment about 50$ by Western Union. When I arrived at airport, driver was waiting for us for transfer, that made a good impression on me.
During our 1 week tour, we met good, kind treatment, the personel are always ready to help if you need anything, regarding to everything. They didn't advise us to go to Lahic, as we were with children, but we went to Gabala, Guba, Ateshgah.
Today I'm going back. I'm really satisfied, offer to everybody. Honest company, kind personel and especially good car with air condition. Thank you for such service.response / report this review -
