  Generally a positive experience but We chose to pick the car up (during the online booking) in Hilton Hotel but there was nobody there when we came in. Telephone numbers were not working instead of one. The operator told me that she cannot help us. What a useful person! Then we left to find some other rental company. However, in one hour we were phoned by a guy from the company - he thought that we will come to some different branch of the company and that was why he was not present in Hilton . So we agreed on meeting in Hilton again. Everything was smooth then. He offered us a better car for lower price. Returning of the car did not cause any significant problems.
