My older brother graduated this marine college in early 1950th. I remember when on near areas of bulvar military Caspian Marines mostly russians using just a belts fighting against gala bandits with knife's.We called marines Polundra.Most time marines took over hooligans. One day I'm with my friend climbed to the very top of parachute tower (75 m) .We were very proud ourself and rest of kids were jealous, because it wasn't allowed.
