Best budget restaurant in Baku. Price for food for the portions you get is very very cheap and the taste is good. Hookahs/Shishas are also cheap and good but they are very hit or miss. Atmosphere might not be for everyone especially women, it is very smoky, sometimes noisy, most of the time 99.99% of people there are men so maybe you're better off not bringing women.
I recommend Özbək plovu, Mərci, Gürcü xəngəli, Sosiska yumurta, Tərxun, Düşes, Akroşka, Nar şirəsi, Tea is also very good.
Also just so you know there are 3 restaurants in that 4 way Obed, 50 Qəpik and Borş all are basically the same restaurant same menu same prices, so if you aren't able to find an empty table go to one of the others.response / report this review -

Food is really good in this place. Tea also I liked. But the atmosphere is just awful. So smoky inside. This looking like hell to non smokers. The wheather system they don't have. For that you need to breath in all smokes from shisha and cigarettes… . for me this thing make this place just terrible

This is the great place where the local people having Shisa and Cay (tea). The Kabab was awesome! I love it. Also try their soup, I did try the Colpa Supu, it was delicious. The important their price are so great :) it is cheap.

Cheap price, very tasty ayran, uzbek pilav and some other dishes. Nice tea with cookies, and of course good and cheap shisha. Sometimes shisha isn't so good.

Good during the day. Worth a visit for plov and ayran. Service isn't too bad. We returned one evening and it was heavy with amshisha smoke and service was slow and indifferent

Dostlarimizla burda coz oluruq, her birimizde beyenerek her defe geliriy. Munasib qiymetleri var ve ishcilerde cox medenidir. Sadece wifi yoxdur bunun olmamasida dostlarinizla danishmaq ucun daha yaxshi olur. CayBagi 145 den ferali olaraq burda esl somavar cayi verilir
