Nice clothing at good price, not 100% sure about their quality, most clothes I bought wears off very quickly, kind of like "disposable clothing" but in general nice clothing. Staff is very attentive, can be overcrowded during holidays.

A great shopping experience, a gentleman at the man's dept., assisted me while buying clothes for my son who is too big for the kids department and too small for the man's. The attendant did a great job, good prices!

The men's section has some good stuff. Look in their sale section if you need a winter jacket they're incredibly cheap because you're in Aruba and who would the heck needs a jacket in Aruba. If you're coming from the US the price tags will only use the local currency right now it's about half the amount in US dollars

Again another disappointment. Bought a few articles of clothing one was ripped. I'm not the type to try on my clothes in the stores. Once we came back to our hotel room, as I was ready to get dressed to go to dinner I discovered that one dress had a long big tear on it's sleeve along the seams!! Apparently, Zara international does not accept returns in USA. So to return I must go back to the Aruba location only. Which means my precious vacation time will be wasted on the return line not to mention money for taxi back and forth from the resort.

The attitude of most of the employees was not as it used to be. It was below the level of the store. Today it looked so messy. Their uniform looked so cheap and sloppy. Lak of attention towards the clients. Negetivism outspoken towards colleague infront of the client! Ugly. I was surpriced to experience this. So disorganized. Not professional as it used to be.
To Reach the top is not the goal. To stay at the top, that is the most difficult part of success. Their must be disepline to the employees and attention combined with friendlyness towards the clients. The only good example I experienced today on the mens department was the cashier who attent us.
To see progress and quality again in your store, you as management has to educate your employees or look for new personnel. The second option is the best.
It is not the cloth that makes the man. It is the appearance of the man and his attitude that makes the cloths.response / report this review -

ZARA is always fashion forward and wide range of clothes and accessories you need. Affordable in a sense that you don't need to buy in an expensive boutique to have the same design. Always updated with their designs, colors and prints. I always make sure to visit Zara even when I was in Europe like in Spain and Italy.

Real nice store. I would have rated five stars however there were no clothes I could buy for myself and it was expensive. Other than that the people were friendly and didn't kick my friends and I out even though we passed the closing hours - waited until everyone bought their merchandise.

Prices are decent for fine clothing. Textile of clothing is of good quality, nicely stitched but not very robust. This is casual trendy wear, to office work clothing and needs a little more care. But people that appreciate nice stuff understand that.
