Nice but older 28 unit apartment complex. All units face an interior courtyard with a pool and beautiful landscaping. All of the units are one bedroom. Some have a washer/dryer but there is a shared washer dryer in a small building at the end of the courtyard. There is a shared grill area with tables and chairs.The pool is a little cold as it is mostly shaded all day. It is quiet and seems to be usually occupied by middle aged couples renting short term. There is a small grocery store across the street. A rental car is a must since it is a long, hot walk to the nearest beach along busy roads.
