  No valero.. no aruba.. know your history. The refinery was started when aruba was just a barren rock in the carribean. Guess by who? The good ole USA to process cheap Venezuelan crude for the war effort. Do me favor and go to Disney world and leave aruba to non environmentalists. So i can sit on rogers beach and enjoy the refinery.
