  WASTED OUT WHOLE DAY!!!! They only lie to you! Tell you they have it available you go there then they don’t. Then try tell you they do and charge your card without letting you know they are charging you $1000 as a security deposit. STAY AWAY!!! If I didn’t noticed anything and cancel the whole transaction they would of charged me $1000 with out my approval and I could of lost it because it says if you sign (which obviously you have to do) it then gives them permission to keep and to deny any calls and issues with refunding from the bank!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM save yourselves!!!!!!! Seriously wasted a whole day and if you have been here you know what a whole day is!

  Seriously the WORST car rental experience I have ever.. Our last day in Aruba we spent waiting for them for an hour at our hotel. After receiving our car we had to go back because it was leaking from the bottom of the jeep. For them to "fix" something for 15 minutes. I'm not sure what they can fix within that time. We got it back after that time and took it the national park. I noticed the brakes would grind and the wheel made a loud squeaking when you turned. I returned the car within 5 hours because I didn't want to be responsible for it breaking down. They did take some money off of my total, but I feel that any other rental place would have made sure I was happy with my experience. Nobody was ever rude to me they just didn't go out of there way to make sure I was happy. It pretty much took half of our last day in the Island

  Best service and best prices on the island. They will go the extra mile to please all customers. Highly recommended! Will use them again for sure on my next trip!

  Stick with what you know. There are more hassle free ways to rent a car. Our hotel recommended Super Car. The staff at the counter was friendly enough and insisted on listing our rental time as three days even though we were staying for four because it was after 5pm. We returned the car to a different location and had a difficult time convincing the manager that we didn't nefariously keep the car an extra day. After he said we knew we should've really booked four days we suggested he call and discuss with the staff at the first location since this was clearly an internal business issue. Eventually everything was straightened out and we paid the expected rate but what a headache. Save yourself some time and rent elsewhere.

  Horrible horrible horrible! Don't rent from here. Transmission drop on first Jeep. 3 dead batteries. Oversized tires couldn't turn car. And nothing done. No customer service at all. Run away!

  I had made reservations for a small car so we could do a day trip around the island. Sadly, right before we were supposed to be picked up they cancelled our reservation even though just yesterday it was fine. Its incredibly unprofessional and defeats the entire purpose of making a reservation.

  STAY AWAY. We booked them for a day, making sure to get our reservation well in advance. Not only did they cancel our car without warning, but they only emailed us literally 4 minutes before our pick up time leaving us high and dry to find another one. We had planned our day around having this car and they completely screwed us over.

  they told us they would have a car at 11am, so we waited two hourse, then walked over to their shop. they didn't have a car, and the lady was kind of rude too.
