Well the service in the garage is the worst especially when you have an Chevrolet pickup that you bought in 2005 during service time in 2012 I didn't was pleased so I decided not to let them do it anymore,but still buying original part's when this year 2017 I had a problem with my pickup that when you gave gas it do not react so fast so I went to the service department at Stern to get an appointment so they could makes an diagnostic,but after that the garage supervisor Mr.Johny says they could not help me because I'm not an client of Stern that's why my car couldn't get service there.
