The best hotel on the island by far. Will start here every time I come back. Staff is friendly, amazing fitness center, walking distance to casino as well as downtown area and most awesome thing is they have a boat that comes to the hotel in the lobby to pick you up and take you the there own island!! If I could have started for another six nights I would’ve.

Only stayed one night here but clean rooms and staff is very friendly. Not right on the beach its located in the harbor. Taking the free ferry over to their private flamingo island makes it a great place to stay for the best of both worlds.

Friendly staff from the check-in desk, the housekeeping, to the bar, and island staff. Walking distance to many places and the bus station if you want to check out the other beaches. Casino could use some attention.

The hotel was Beautiful and the birds are definitely worth it but after a early check in and ok front desk service beautiful day at the beach and spending and using my Credit Card all day on the private Island, Get back to my room which has been double locked and security was called, was told my card declined, after speaking with the manager who came in less then 5 mins apologizing for the computer error my room is paid in Full gave some bogus reason why this happen, remind you there is very little Black people on this resort which is perfectly fine either way however I just feel this was extreme and my room was paid in full weeks ago, really wish this would’ve happen I really enjoyed myself but double locking my door with security outside it then offer nothing but free breakfast like I don’t want nothing free I just wanted to be treated like a Human- Did not accept Breakfast and still wasn’t offered a proper apology

This is by far the best place to observe Magnificent Frigate birds. I have always seen 3-4 of these hovering and sometimes swooping down close enough to get a great view.

My husband and I came to Aruba for our honeymoon and were supposed to leave after a week. Because of hurricane Irma our flights got cancelled and we couldn't leave for another 3 days. We came here and asked if they had any availability and what the rate would be, (assuming very high) we were pleased to find out they had availability and gave us a "stranded rate" which was very reasonable! They actually upgraded our room to a nice view of the marina , let us check in early, gave us a beverage credit, and even surprised us with a mini wedding cake and a sweet note! Everyone here is so kind and helpful. Now the place itself is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are so updated and comfortable , very large tv, bathroom is excellent , perfect bed and pillows, free WiFi and more. We love the private island and they have a boat that runs every 15 min to take you there and back! You can visit the flamingos and iguanas and even get food while you're there. You also have access to the renaissance ocean hotel across the street which also has a free shuttle back and forth. They offer 2 pools and a small beach. I love our pool overlooking the marina with a infinity style! Casino, shops, restaurants all convenient to the hotel . I know I will always book with them!!

I stayed here for 4 days in an island view room and it was great. I arrived early but there was a room ready. The rooms are nice but not as big as I thought it would be. The staff were friendly. I didn't mind that the hotel wasn't on the beach .I loved the boat ride to the private Island . The flamingos were amazing. The main restaurant I ate in was the Aquarius and the food was good. The food at the Blue Lounge was okay. They could use more waiters and waitresses. There is a mini cart that takes you back and forth from the Marina to the Ocean Suites. I enjoyed the pool better at the Ocean suite hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect. You can walk around in the town. All in all ,I enjoyed my stay and will return.

The Marina hotel is not on the beach, it is in a mall. You cannot walk from the hotel onto the beach, you will have to take the hotel's water taxi to the private island to the beach (about a 10-15 mins ride). The Ocean suites only have a VIEW of the ocean (you can't walk out and swim)

Very wonderful place very polite people very between. I had The ambassador sweet and loved it. Very clean and very great service staff. Especially the lady said keep the room clean. They work very hard. But highly recommend staying out of the spa very unprofessional. Especially if you women are selling your husbands in there
