Did the sunset dinner cruise this year and boy were we dissapointed. We did it last year and it was so good we decided to go again. What a mistake. We were late pushing off and then everything seemed rushed. Food was also cold.

I am a dive instructor and this is the most frustrating experience I’ve had trying to go diving in dozens of countries and thousands of dives. I tried to reserve online for a two tank charter to the Antilla and Arashi and they were very responsive and said they had space available. They sent a credit card form to print and email back to reserve my spot. I was already on island so that was impossible to do. Instead I went to their office location in Oranjestad listed on google maps which didn’t exist. Ok fine, google maps can be wrong. Next I went to their office location LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE near the Hilton in Noord which ALSO doesn’t exist. I sent them an email explaining I wasted my morning searching for their office so that I could pay in advance as requested. I didn’t receive a response. If you’re going to force people to pay in advance for a trip you need to make it easy to do on your website. I went to several other dive shops who offered the same trip for a similar price and were not only easy to find but also didn’t require advanced payment. They claim to be the best shop on the island but they make diving with them impossible. I’d recommend booking with a smaller shop where you get more personalized and friendly service.

Michael and captain Ozzy and the crew gave us the best last day in port we could ask for. They took care of my 69 Year old mother and also made it fun for me! It's easy to complain but compliments take effort and these guys are worth the effort!

Loved my dive with Red Sail! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, safe dive. One word of caution: be sure to read their medical form carefully-- any nos and you need a doctor's note to dive. Someone in our group almost did not get to go because of this.

We went diving with Red Sail in Aruba late October 2017. Over all the experience was pretty good. I was a little disappointed about the clarity of the water, but I think it was because there was a storm the day before. We also had to set up and take apart our own gear which was alright, because we can all brush up on those skills. Being on vacation though, it is kind of nice when some one else does it, it is kind of what you pay for. I forget what the dive masters names were but they were very nice. It was 2 hefty Spanish guys. They were very informative and provided us history about the Pedernalis and Antilla wreck before we dove it. I would dive with them again!

The captain and workers aboard the catamaran were pleasant but the lady who worked at the check in spot was beyond rude. She rolled her eyes and gave us so much attitude.

Went on 6 dives on 3 days with this company and a sunset cruise. They are all very kind and Fritz is the best, Ernie and Linda are awesome too. What a wonderful group of people.

Oh, Heck yeah! It's always good to get familiarized to a new dive with an experience dive master.Fritz and Linda did a wonderful job. Although the viz could have been better we still had some fun wreck penetrations, great sea life, lots of history and even some yummy refreshments. Until next time my Bruvah's and Sistah's!

Stayed at the Hyatt and planned all of our excursions (ATV, SCUBA and Dinner Sail) through Red Sail Sports. Everyone we met through the various activities was kind and helpful. For SCUBA, we highly recommend Ernie, a Divemaster with Red Sail. He was patient and kind as my wife went through Discover SCUBA. Great and very convenient company if staying at the Hyatt Regency!

What a joke of a company. Don't use Redsail!!!. "Carl" (diving instructor for day 2) is an idiot with an attitude. Management doesn't care about you. They ruined 6 months of planning. I have already sent this to CEO of redsail, but I want to warn you, despite the amount of boats they use off the Hyatt hotel, use another dive company while in Aruba! You'll be glad you've taken my advice! And the Hyatt (great Aruban hotel with below par contracts with vendors like redsail) should dump the redsail contract and go with a company with higher ratings. These guys are at 3.3 for a reason. Don't by a fool and find out why!!!!

Carl is a real piece of work. After doing the first day in the pool and ocean with Linda (who was awesome and the best I could have wished for), I was there for day 2, only to run into "Carl". And you could tell right away, Obviously he didnt want to work at the Hyatt pier today! He came up with an excuse that my doctor note was a fraud. So to my face, he called me, a redsail customer, a lair!!!

Because the doctor only stamped it with the medical company's Stamp, and didn't sign it (although he did). Really? I was dumbfounded.

Carl said "I could have had a Chinese person down in Oranjestad aruba, do a stamp". Again really, that's how redsail dive instructors at the Hyatt pier speak to paying customers? Calling their approved by redsail, documents fraudulent?

I sent forms in months ago, cleared by my doctor, and redsail management, who said I'm "good to go", just show up and get certified.

Carl said that is not good enough, and that "despite that I sent the paperwork to redsail, that the redsail people saying I was "good to go", are just a bunch of admins and managers, that don't matter" "He is the only one that decides who can dive and who can't, who cares who the company cleared, Im not letting you dive today!". Verbatim!

I signed all the waivers and forms. And the company has taken my tight vacation plans and screwed the whole planned week over. Thanks Carl!

By the way "Carl" threaten to my face, that the instructor from the day before (Linda) would be in deep trouble when she gets back.

What a shame if she is. He's the one who needs to be canned!!! He sucked.

Again You could just tell he didn't want to be here today!! They whole team on the dock today had no desire to live up to Redsails contract and commitment to certify me!

If I could POST about redsail (because of Carl and the dive team on the Hyatt dock) they would get -5 stars. BE WARNED, As you'll end up spending thousands on your trip to Aruba, Don't waste money with redsail!!! They just don't care, they hire idiots and treat you like cattle!!!!

Dove two wrecks with RedSail, had two great dive masters that took the time to make sure we were comfortable. The dive shops rotate who dives what on which days so the dive locations were never crowded. We would dive with them again.

One staff member seemed to be having a bad day, and brought his attitude to work. Pretty gruff and a bit shot. He got better as time went on tho. After our first stop, he said it was too rough to go to the shipwreck site, but asked if we wanted to go. Most said no - but I wanted to go. Had I known we weren't going, I'd have not bothered to go on this excursion. Not many fish this day, water was ALWAYS over your head deep so it can be intimidating for those that do not swim well (inflatable snorkel vest are available however) . Fins supplied vary in quality, some new; others that should have been replaced long ago. FYI: No alcoholic beverages until youre done swimming for the time on the excursion.

1st time in Aruba. We chose Red Sail Sports for the sunset cruise on their catamaran. Awesome choice! Randy, a.k.a. Jay-Z, is a great host. Open bar, dancing, music, snacks. I think it was only $50 each for 2 and half hours out on the open water slow cruising, dancing, drinking. Order the drink "Captain's Special." Great job guys!

We went our last night of vacation and it was the best way to complete our trip! The crew was fun but still professional. Catamaran was clean and safe. Sights were awesome, drinks were yummy, food was ok but wasn't the reason we were there. Very nice time :)

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!!! This was my first time in Aruba with my best friend; she and I purchased two tickets to get on the flyboard (foot board). I'm about 270LBS while my best friend is about 150 LBS so you can imagine how scared my huge behind was! However our instructor, Kendrick, was absolutely terrific! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. He thoroughly explained the instructions; additionally what was expected from us and what we should expect from him. He went at our own paces and I felt extremely comfortable. This actual experience was appx. 45 min long however I was super tired and lasted only about 25 min. By the time I was ready to go back he kindly guided me back to shore. He allowed my friend and I to capture great videos and pictures. I cannot wait to return. I would recommend this activity to any age group and any size. If I can do it you can do it! And FYI There were two women in their 80's getting on the jetpack right before us.that was more than enough motivation there! I would just suggest that you bring extra sunscreen and smile at all times, it's hard not to!
