Good equipment but watch out, they will make you sign a contract that you are responsible for everything, even when things happen that are not your fault (??) and they will charge you hundreds of dollars (!!) after if you run into bad luck, beware

Some (not all) unpleasant staff members, supervisor just laughed at us when they made us pay for a sliced tire.

Not only did I get the best pricing on my ATV adventure, but the tour guide was fantastic, the journey to the natural pool was a ton of fun, the ATV was comfortable and it was such a memorable experience. 100% satisfied with my adventure. :)

rented a utv from justins two days in a row …tires on all machines were bald and had many plugs and patches..ended up getting flat tire.there are many rocks on island and you chances of getting a flat are high…when i got back one guy told me they wont change me because tires were worn out..after another guy told me they were going to charged me 100.00 …stay away bad business…total scam ..

My friends and I rented from Justin’s in February. They were not pleasant to work with. They rent 700 & 450 ATV’s. They charge more for the 700 but they throttle govern them so they were actually slower than the 450’s. When we returned them we asked about it and one of the shop techs kept lying saying they weren’t governed and then finally admitted to it. Then we talked to the manager and he said they do it for safety reasons. I wanted a refund for the difference between the two machines because they charge extra for a machine that goes slower but they made this whole ordeal to say how they were still better even governed. Poor way to run business, if they were worried about safety they wouldn’t even rent out the 700’s. Then the lady at the counter accused us of drinking and saying she could smell it on our breath. Unfortunately none of us ever drink alcohol. Very offensive

Took the guided 6.5 hour UTV tour. Can't say enough. The guide was awesome. He showed us several lesser known secluded beaches on the island along with all of the landmarks the larger tours see. He was very open and outgoing with a absolute love of his work. He also became our personal photographer along the way taking many excellent pictures.
I highly recommend this smaller business. Being such a small group ( just ourselves and the guide) allowed us to go at a pace that suited what we wanted to do much better than the larger tours we saw.

You can rent the ATVs and UTVs for unguided tours. It is an awesome experience and the people there are great. Will be back

We loved these guys! We rented 3 machines from them and just did the self-guided tour around the island for 8 hours. They brought the machines right to the dock, they set us up with a map and a phone and showed us exactly what to see and where to go etc. The trip was so fun. I fully recommend doing this if you visit Aruba, and using Justin's to do it!

Rented 2 atvs here last minute, because they were "newer" than the others available. They were 25 minutes Late to pick us up and slightly more expensive than the competition. Friendly service once we got there. For only 3-4 month old machines they have been used very hard. Tires were bald and patched/plugged many times over. They ran great for us but the steering is loose at higher on road speeds. We lost a plug from a tire at very end of the day. Took about an hour to get a new tire out to the natural pool area which was a little inconvenient but they where fine with late return of machines due to that delay would be great overall if they could get their tires fixed still a very fun way to experience that island!
