Awesome hotel, beach and staff. Totally recommend for singles and families. Nicely located and close to lots of dining options. Staff was superb; rooms perfect with luxury bedding. Beach is powder sand and there is a great pier/bar for a great midday break (or after dinner). We will keep this one on our short list of favorites!!
It is a great resort. With various amenities, casino, pool, restaurant, sauna. The resort is close to the strip where there are more restaurants and clubs. So it's walking distance from all know restaurants, close to nigh clubs, and very safe. Security at the entrance, great channel lineup. Relaxing ambience with all the trees and plants. In front of a beautifull white sand beach which has a lot of water activities to offer. Really recommend!
Move over Hyatt, the Hilton is amazing !!! I have to say the service at the Hilton is amazing. I had to 2 rooms booked and when I checked in they surprised us with a room upgrade to a awesome suite. I have to give special thank you to Nelson and Cynthia for making our stay the best ever!!
I have been coming to Aruba for 15 years and about 3 time a year . I have stayed at every hotel and the Hilton by far is the best . 5 Stars for service and the rooms, food , activities are great.
Hilton has done it right!! They surely know how to treat there guest.
We are still on our vacation, will post and update at the end of our vacation.
Me and my Wife had our Honeymoon here. The Hotel was amazing. We had a little problem with our room booking but the manager made it right. Hotel grounds a big U shaped pool and several kids pools to accommodate anyone. We reserved our Gazebo a day in advance and spent a whole evening at the beach until sunset. It was very relaxing and Beautiful. Casino was small compared to what I'm used to seeing but for anyone who thinks they're in luck, it'll get the job done. Breakfast here is and all you can eat style with abroad assortment of foods and dishes. Very Delecious. We were here for 8 days and I'll put it like this, my wife and I were considering selling everything and staying here forever. Aruba was an Amazing experience we'll definitely be back!
We experienced the entrance, lobby, and casino.
The entrance has beautiful landscaping including a water feature and porch swings at the doors. Feels very tranquil.
The lobby is minimalistic in nature - decor creates a very stress-free type of feeling. You can walk right through the lobby out the far doors into an outdoor area. The straight- through allows a wonderful and steady breeze right out the front door.
The casino is towards the back but off to the left and down a flight of stairs (elevator available). There are bathrooms - I can only speak for the ladies room: the stalls are small but everything worked and it was clean. There are table games, including some real good poker games towards the back. There are a lot of different styles of slot machines, including a nice amount of reels to choose from.
Don't forget your players card.
I wish I could live at this place..I stayed at the adult section of the resort and trust me when I say here you will forget all about work and stress back home unless you bring those shenanigans with u if I knew how laid back and relaxing this place was, i would of brought more casual stuff like shorts t-shirts and sandals I ended buying more slippers beautiful place, amazing food and drinks all the time.. if u love that stuff prepare to gain some weight!! I know I did and visited the gym in the morning so I wouldn't feel so bad lol.. ohhhh and did I say this place is super clean!!? AmazingA must go to place on the bucket list. I would love to bring my family next time.
What a beautiful resort on a beautiful island! Staff was professional and attentive. Food at Gilligan's was great. Make sure to reserve a palapa! Would definitely return!
Beautiful spot. Very clean and spacious. Close to shopping and local/large chain restaurants. The only thing I would improve is the daily activities to make is more engaging. Friendly staff.
What an amazing place!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort is cleaned and the food amazing. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here.
Pros- good location, nice beach and pool area, beautiful and well kept grounds. Nice palapas and helpful beach / pool staff. Amazing bird garden and bird trainer. Good food, Gillian’s and Laguna. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Cons- we had service issues the first few days, first with our reservation, then with housekeeping. As a Hilton honors member I expected better service, but the staff tried to make it right with us and we appreciate that. Overall we had a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Went here for our honeymoon and was not disappointed! Absolutely gorgeous property, amazing staff, and a one of a kind experience. Can't wait go again! Everything was top notch and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Resort is very nice, spotless clean. Stuff is super friendly. Plenty of restaurants on property or in short walking distant. Beach is perfect. Very wide and is not overcrowded. There is a bar and a restaurant right on the beach. Very convenient. Important: reserve palapas in advance online.
This was our second visit to the Hilton Aruba a d once again we had a great time. Rooms are clean and renovated with comfortable beds. The staff is second to none and always helpful and smiling. The beach front at the Hilton is the best Aruba has to offer. The palapa reservations are free and can now be done online. We had a great view each day within minutes.
The hotel and grounds are gorgeous and the staff was fantastic! I would recommend renting a palapa for your stay because that was great! The beach is absolutely breath-taking! I would recommend this hotel over and over again. We will definitely be back!
Hotel rooms are nice and clean. All rooms have balconies, small but nice. The hotel has 2 pools and is on a pretty beach. Only thing missing was a hot tub/Jacuzzi. It's location is within easy waking distance to restaurants and night life. The casino employees were like others said, not friendly.
Beautiful grounds though the beach was extremely crowded to the point where it was better to stay at the pool. Some staff was very friendly and others were not. When we asked questions and actually looked to upgrade it seemed like we were bothering the staff.
Rooms and grounds were very well taken care of. Our housekeeper was Violet wonderful. We had the best waitress at the overpriced breakfast buffet. Cecilia was very welcoming and happy. you can count on her for smile and a fresh pot of coffee without having to ask.
Gorgeous hotel! Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location. The pool area and beach are amazing and very enjoyable for the whole family. The one drawback is the lack of restaurant options on the property but the resort is so close to a wide variety of restaurants that this isn't a problem for me.
Top notch hotel. Very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The beach is amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
I stayed here when it was under Radisson management.
Great staff!
The rooms were nice, and the bed comfortable.
The garden / pool area is easily in the top 10 for the most beautiful spots on the island.
If you are looking to relax a little near the pool and the beach, you really cannot go wrong here.
If you plan to do a little bit of drinking, then buy some at the airport when you fly in. Island drinks are expensive.
I had a great time, and I do plan on staying at this hotel when I go back to Aruba.
We went for our 25th anniversary. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Richard was our waiter on numerous occasions and he was very helpful and always a pleasure to see,
Great hotel. Nice and clean. Located right across from everything. Reasonably priced. Great drinks.. breakfast buffet was nice but expensive.. Plenty of seating, shade. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of pools.. great customer service. Wonderful views.. $25 to airport in taxi. Centrally located.. no need for rental. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Great food shopping within walking distance.
Perfect location and beach, most of the staff are friendly (front desknot so much). They renamed the executive lounge to a "club" so no access for Diamonds unless you want to pay to be on the "club" floor. Rates for the club are hundreds higher but the market bears it so the choice is yours.
Attention to detail is lacking, but the new manager seems up to the task.
Renovated rooms (12/2016) and very clean. Helpful, welcoming staff. Beach is beautiful and it doesn't feel overly crowed (until that one couple arrives and thinks everyone wants to listen to their music - don't be that person). Expensive but that's typical of a Hilton and the Caribbean. Snorkeling was just okay. If you are worried about the history of this island, do not be. One isolated incident should never stop you from visiting such a beautiful place.
Fantastic place, sadly I'm knocking stars off 2 stars for all the recent changes to the restaurant and bar services. What gorgeous facilities, but don't think of enjoying your breakfast or late afternoon munchies here with this view! New Hilton management in their wisdom decided to only have this newly renovated restaurant, with this unbelievable view only available for lunch until 5pm. No more breakfast, no more easy pick up dinners or snacks while enjoying a sunset! How sad! Music by the pool bar, while not bad, most certainly will not fall into the category of Caribbean entertainment. Only available most days during happy hour, 4 pm to 6pm. , when the pool bar now closes.
The ground of the hotel are very typical. Lots of birds and plants. Three outdoor area is very large. This is my favorite hotel in Aruba because it feels like a tropical paradise and not just a hotel. The restraints are all pretty good and there are a lot of options within walking distance.
