I live in the US and own a house in Aruba. I rent my home to people on Airbnb. Today, I had an urgent situation where one of my guests arrived at the airport in Aruba, but the gentleman who transports my guests to my home, and opens my house for them, was unable to meet my guests as planned due to an emergency. Suddenly, I had a guest who would be arriving at my house within a few minutes, but no way of unlocking the front door when they arrived for their vacation in Paradise. (yes, we now have a back-up Greeter/key plan!).

I immediately googled in order to find a Locksmith who could go to my house and change the lock on my front door to save the day. I found Eumar Lock & Key Service, located at Catiri 48, Aruba. When I called Eumar and explained my plight, they were extremely professional, and immediately started to troubleshoot to find one of their Locksmith's who would be available to drop everything to go to my home to change the lock on the front door so my guest would be able to get in as soon as they arrived at our home. The receptionist was very responsive and understood the urgency of my predicament. Thankfully, our property manager arrived in a knick of time to let my guest into our home. Many thanks to Eumar's staff for their professionalism and for standing ready to help me out in an urgent situation. I will, of course, give Eumar Lock & Key Service all of our Locksmith business in the future!

  Best Regards,

  Chris D.
