Stayed in a 1 bedroom. More like a condo than hotel room. Full kitchen, washer dryer in room with 2 bathrooms. Loved it

A wonderfully relaxing vacation on a beautiful beach. Resort is between Downtown and Palm Beach. Yes it is quieter at night but that is how we like it and we rent a car for shopping and daily excursions. Casino and restaurants are a short walk away.

It sucks on so many levels: food, staff, service. They call their breakfast deluxe, but its just the most boring breakfast: brown bananas, no tea except black, only few alternatives, the fruits do not taste at all. Rooms are okay, spacious, but old furniture. The fridge looked disgusting, no slippers, the door of the balcony and the curtains are dirty, the matress is way too soft, one sinks into it. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were dirty. The rest is OK in the room. From their restaurant Windows on Aruba we got the next day tremendous stomach problems, after paying a lot of money for a normal dinner. One pays there just for the very nice view. It is very fancy and they take pictures of you. The staff is altogether just OK, not particularly pleasant. If you want to get fresh towels, you have to ask like 3 times. The worst part is that the Management does not care at all: i have seen on review websites that they Copy Paste their answer to the bad reviews.

Relaxing, but Windy, clean beaches, good golf and great day trips provided. Sailing, snorkeling and island jeep tours. The Food was not great even though there, are plenty of options and a grocery store. The condo unit was simply worn out and felt grimy. Adequate, well located on golf course across from beautiful beach, but over priced. Getting back through customs a lengthy pushy nightmare. Not on my return list because grimy and bad food, also the locals were not very warm to the all the tourists, but I do not blame them, this set of Americans visiting seemed less than friendly too.

We enjoyed our long stay here. Spacious clean rooms. Courteous service. Location is not as commercial, Palm beach strip like, yet very accessible to all Aruba has to offer.

The beach is right across the road and the place has four large pools.

You will need a car if you are staying here for long.

WiFi is free, but weak is some places.

The place is alive with birds, iguanas, and of course visitors. The crowd was great.

The rooms are large and self-contained; they include a kitchen, a pretty large fridge, a huge microwave and kitchenware. The beds are large and oh so comfy. The rooms closest to the pool are loud, since there are some activities at the pool on the afternoon.
Everything's a short walk to the beach. Overall a great experience.

Descent resort but they have huge problems.
Their staff at the front desk are very short with people. The rooms have a lot of dust and mold in them, so if you have allergies, you need to steer clear. They walk into your room without knocking. And they allow smoking everywhere on the resort not a kid friendly place.

Be sure to check other resorts before booking your visit

We just stayed at the Divi golf resort and beach club. I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. The property is very nice. The pools are also just as nice. The food is very good. Which is why the resort got three stars. I will say that the staff is nice however we were very confused as to how or if to tip our servers and we received a different answer from everyone we asked. So I did not like that. It was a bit shady. The other issue I had was the cleanliness of our showers in the room. They were just downright dirty. There was mold and hair from the previous guests. They cleaned our shower every day but the same soap stains and hair remained. It was disgusting. I will say that we ate at Windows and it was truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Please stay away from Paparazzi. It was the worst.

Good hotel but do not expect a four star hotel. The rooms are big and good, airconditioning is good but it could be that you have to adjust the air direction rack to prevent blowing cold air directly on your bed, clearing of the room will not always happen daily and is not really good, the food at all restaurants on Divi Village is not really good and expensive, Wi-Fi is only available around the restaurants and general areas(so not in your room itself), some of the staff is not really motivated to help you and also not friendly, conciërge is always willing to help you with a smile anytime. Drinks at the pool bar is expensive, you can better buy your drinks in the village shop. The towel service will cost you 25dollar, without clear notification. On the beach across the road there is only 1 bar, for the good restaurants, beach and bars you have to go to palm beach.

I booked my room last augest to this augest for a friends wedding when I went to check in they told me my last name was wrong this is suppose to be a vacation not a headache and the people here are jerkoffs with the "all inclusive" if they see you with a wrist band they should just let you leave without paying but no you have to give them ID, room # & sign the bill why? It's not like every guest has the wristband it's only for people with the package

    DONT GO HERE!!!

The man who works at the bar on the beach across from the Divi Village and Golf has to be one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met. My friends and I went to get beers, 4 to be exact, and draft beer not even bottles! Our bill was $26, and when it was time to pay with our card the man's system shut down, so we were unable to pay. He didn't tell us the system wasn't working until we were about to pay. We told the man we would be back to pay for it (with cash of course) and not even an hour later the man came on the beach and aggressively woke me out of my sleep, and began to argue with me for the $26!!! He kept asking me where my "husband" was, which I had no idea because I fell asleep. I politely told him that I didn't know where he was, and he kept questioning me asking me for my phone and my credit card (which I had present when I was ready to pay)! He then grabbed the attention of one the employees and he threatened to call the police. Overall, I was disappointed with the behavior of the employee at this establishment and frankly, it was very disturbing. I would not come back here ever again based on this experience.

My family is a timeshare owner. My wife and I just spent our honeymoon in Aruba for two weeks. The facilities at the divi are our favorite, it is convenient to the beach, convenient for pools. The location is great, halfway between downtown and the high rise, and a good selection of restaurants on the resort. We know what we are getting with the divi, and we look forward to coming back and potentially buying a timeshare of our own.

Great beach north of the main hustle and bustle. Decent food options and a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, modern and well kept. Some of the amenities like ice machines and bending could use an upgrade.
