Good trainers. Prices are high, but atmosphere most of the time was fun. If you can afford it, it is a good crossfit center. They offer a free trail session. Check it out and compare it to other centers if not sure about joining. They offer group classes several times daily Monday to Friday. As well as open gym. Saturdays only open gym and open half day.

Great boxwonderful staff. Friendly and welcoming no gymtimidation programming includes an etc every day witch are pretty kick ass. My wife and I dropped in 4 times while on vacation for ten days Leroy and staff run a great program active coaching and keeping the class moving. We looked forward to going every morning and every morning we left feeling like we got a great work out comparable or better to any box we have visited state side. We will be back next year!!! 🏋🏿
