So beautiful! Off the beaten path, but lots of great things to see and do. Literally next door to The Flying Fishbone restaurant and a very short walk to Zeerovers. Both amazing places to eat. We took a short walk to a beach. The hosts are amazing! Our suite was perfect for our stay with a fully equipped kitchen. Was great to make our own meals.

We had a lovely stay at Coral Reef. This is the place to stay if you want to feel like you have a home in Aruba. It is 20 minutes south of the airport, away from the high-rises and tourist areas. We stayed in Cabin 5 which overlooked the ocean. The room was clean and well-maintained with maid service offered daily. They have two amazing puppies (Bullseye and Curly) and a few feline companions on the property. As animal lovers, they were a large part in making us feel at home. No more than 3 other couples were vacationing at Coral Reef at the time of our visit. No crowds, no noise, no unruly kids running around. Just peace, quiet, the sun, and the ocean. This is the place to stay if you want to feel like you have family in Aruba. Hans and Jet made us feel at home. They are true locals that offered wonderful meal and excursion suggestions. They also gave pointers about the island and made it clear we could ask them for help with nearly anything from setting up an excursion to getting a hairdryer. Both of them genuinely care about making your stay a great experience. Their hospitality is unparalleled. We will surely be staying at Coral Reef again because it is our new home away from home.

So amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful local guide as your host. You get to sit on the dock right next door to a luxury romantic restaurant. Super comfortable Sandy Beach seating outside with hammocks and shaded couches and tables. Walk down the road to snorkle back home. Affordable, couldn't be happier!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and the restaurant next door was really first class. You can walk to the back and take a refreshing swim whenever you'd like. I would recommend this highly.

Amazing location, bit rustic but adds to the charm. Next to two of the best restaurants on the island and very close to baby beach and excellent snorkeling 3 min drive away. Recommend renting a jeep.

Upon arrival we were by Jet and Hans, along with the family pets Curly, Bulls eye, Snowball and another charming kitty. The apartments are clean, have refrigeration, and private bath. They are equipped with refrigerators, hot pots, and basic kitchen utensils. They have a community kitchen for guests to use. The apartments are simple, no flare, but cozy. The views are fabulous, you can see the sunset from your room or the pier, you can see the large ships pass; very beautiful spot. Oh, and everyone here is friendly, Julie is very knowledgeable of the Island and will point you in the right direction. Would definitely return.

Perfect crew down there.
Gorgeous view of the sunset. Away from all the hustle bustle of the hugely commercial area (while still being close enough to get there easily). Wonderful ocean access. Beautiful apartments.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Just watched the sun set over the ocean from my room. Beautiful, adorable place! Cozy, homey, very friendly British hostess Julie. Nice friendly clientele from all over the world (seems popular with Dutch/Netherlands/German/Brits/Americans, etc.) Guest-house cabin/cabana style units, eclectic furnishings. Coconut palms, mango trees True island feel, with all necessary comforts: Very clean, air conditioning, private bathroom, self-catered (most seem to have kitchenettes). Small beach and sun deck right on the water. It's in a residential part of the island, but only a 20-minute drive to downtown, then the high-rise casino hotels, etc. Also right next to one of the finest restaurants in Aruba (Flying Fishbone), but also some wonderful, affordable local eateries. Stayed here several times and, after several Caribbean island destinations, won't go anywhere else now. This is a residence with about 10 or so guest units. Just like all residences on Aruba, be prepared to toss all t-paper in a trash bin, and to not have a hot water heater for showers. Don't need it! After about 30 seconds, you'll have several minutes of perfectly sun-warmed water. And, there's a washing machine but, again, no dryer because you sure don't need it! Hang it on the line and, in these great trade winds, it'll be dry in no time :-). Okay I think I'll go get some fresh-caught fried fish at Zee Rovers, about two "blocks" away. Yum!

We had a great time here with a very friendly hostess. The rooms are very clean and offer all comfort needed. Furthermore you have a beautiful view on the ocean from your balcony. Als you have a small beach and a nice view on the bay from the public rest area. We are definitely coming back again.
