Good kind service and speak/understand English very well. We were not sure how much to fill up tank on rental, so attendant allowed us to leave id and cc with him so we could fill up. Citgo fuel is super unleaded only and was 1.83 afl/ltr.

Completely self-service, but sometimes there's a (very friendly) local hanging around who wants to do the service for you for a guilder.
