The owner was great, very attentive and extremely helpful. By far the best place to stay on the entire island. Very close to the beach and multiple attractions. This place made our trip!

Hands down the best place to stay in Aruba! The studio apartments are perfectly sized and situated for a lovely, relaxing Caribbean vacation. It's a quick ~10min walk to the beach, close to tons of delicious restaurants, and is much quieter and generally nicer than the typical hotel/resort. The quality for the value is bar none (it even has a small kitchenette with kitchenware, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear!). Plus, the owner is an absolute joy. He provided lots of information about things to do, car rental, taxis, the best beaches, and oh-so-much more! Also, if you run into any issues, he will promptly assist, and is ever the gracious host. If I get back to Aruba, I will 100% look forward to another stay at Cariñas, or their sister property!

Beautifully kept and convenient to the beach. Away from the hustle of the crowed high rise areas. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. Will deinately be back.

We loved it! The room was clean and had everything we needed PLUS flippers, bug spray, and beach chairs! Ron stayed in touch with us by email while we were booking our activities, answered all of our questions, and gave us new ideas. He even helped us arrange scuba diving!! We highly recommend Cariñas to anyone traveling to Aruba. I'll certainly visit again one day.

It is a small hotel with few efficiencies. All very well equipped with all you need. Rooms are very clean. There is a very cute inner yard with chairs, BBQ, swings, a shower and plants. Each room has outside sitting with a table and two chairs- very pleasant for morning coffee.
It is not on the beach, but the walk is easy and not longer than 10 min. It is safe even at night.
What makes it outstanding is its owners! Ron and Rosemary are such a nice couple. They made our holiday perfect from the beginning to the end. The communication is excellent. I made my booking via Expedia and was very surprised to get welcome email from Ron just a couple days after. He explained a lot and gave lots of suggestions even before the visit started. At the arrival, we immediately felt at home. They are very warm and generous people, fun to be with, very helpful. Ron helped with all bookings on the island which itself is beautiful. So forget big resorts where nobody cares about you personally. Go to Carinas- you will not regret. Aruba IS one happy island and Arubians are happy, kind and welcoming folks.response / report this review -

PT-BR - próximo à praia, boas acomodações e uma equipe muito atenciosa. Disponibiliza cadeiras, snorkel e cooler para os hóspedes, o que é uma ótima coisa em Aruba. Só achei um problema: o banheiro, as vezes, tinha um cheiro um pouco desagradável (provavelmente vindo do ralo). Caso deixe a janela aberta esse cheiro não existe. De toda forma, um ótimo custo benefício, sem dúvida.
